During the event you were given a little sheet of paper with your gallery number and password (and were asked to take a picture of it if you lost it).  Your gallery number will be the number you are looking for.  The password is the last name you gave us- IN ALL CAPS- followed by the gallery number.

Examples for 1-9:

Gallery Number 5- Last Name Clark- PASSWORD:   CLARK05

Examples for 10-99:

Gallery Number 99- Last Name Joy- PASSWORD:   JOY99

To enter your gallery- it is going to ask you for an email address and the password. This email address does not have to match the one given in line and multiple people can view the gallery if you would like.  Just please share the password to them if you would like to share your gallery with friends and family.  

When you first enter the gallery- some pop up menus will come up!  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take a couple of seconds to read those instructions.  They will tell you have to favorite your images and make orders.  

I apologize but we have had to put a large proof watermark on all of the images.  Over the years we have seen unauthorized images posted on the web from previous Santa galleries.  Please understand that you do not have rights to share this images until you have purchased them (even the included image).  Once you have made your order- you will receive a separate download without the watermark. Thank you for your understanding.

If you like an image- click the little heart next to the image and create your favorites list.  This will help you narrow down your favorites to make your order.

Once you have selected all of your favorites- click on the little heart in the upper right had corner- which will take you into your favorites gallery.  Then click on the PRINT STORE in the upper right menu bar- and you will be able to view all of your options and make your order.

Christmas Cards- These year we will be offering a one stop shop to ordering Christmas cards.  We love this lab and they have a lot of amazing options and designs.  You will design the cards in the ordering software and have everything delivered directly to your home!

Once you have completed ordering all of your favorite items you are ready to check out.  Included in your Santa session was (1) Social Media Digital File. In order to get your free social media file- you will need to use the coupon code:

This coupon can only be used once per gallery and will ONLY APPLY TOWARDS DIGITAL PRODUCTS (i.e.- Social Media Digital File, Print Sized Digital File or Digital File Collections).  The coupon is for $15 dollars off of any digital product.  So if you just want your included digital file- place the social media file in your cart, enter the coupon code when it asks for it and check out.  If you want a print sized version (single or collection) of the digital file- please those in your cart and use the coupon code to get $15 off.  If you have decided you would only like to purchase print products- make sure you add a social media file of your favorite image to take advantage of your coupon.

Once you have completed your order- there will be a 7 day delay on the order to give us the opportunity to review the order and the files before they are released to you.  If you order any prints or cards from us- we will take a extra look at the files and do any editing that we feel might be needed to be done prior to releasing the order.

Any digital files will be released within 7 days and you will have access to that download for 7 days. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM- these emails sometimes land there and we have no control over that.  All print orders will be released to the lab within 7 days of the order and then you can expect them based on the production time they gave you.  All orders are final and can not be refunded.  Please make sure you double and triple check your spelling on any Christmas Cards that you order.
